Class Chalet + Class Tee

Hi guys the cost of booking the Costa Sands Pasir Ris chalet will be roughly around $276 for 3days 2 nights with membership cards.

Basically i think it will look something like this with an outside porch or something =) The 2nd picture shows an upstairs room and the first picture shows the first floor aka living room.

Anyway the voting for class tee has no problem with it. I've just voted. =) If it's jersey design, any colour combinations suggestions (Shirt colour/words colour)? Currently I thought of black + gold, black + white, red + white, red + gold, white + gold. Anymore?

Class Chalet

Ok Huiling, Huimin and me will be co-organising the upcoming chalet at april. Feel free to contact anyone of us for anything.. Can contact me through MSN or HP: 9326 2882.

Class Chalet

Hi all!

Time for some class chalet organisations.

Deir has kindly volunteered to book the chalet for us this time round. So if the chalet can be pulled off well this time round, it'll be all thanks to her! *claps*

It'll be COASTA SANDS PASIR RIS - since ppl only said NO (insert chalet name here) or NO (insert chalet name here), and not PLEASE (insert chalet name here).

-

After the last chalet, I guess putting the BBQ on the 1st night will probably cause some lives to be at stake should there be a night cycling session on the next night. So I'm just kindly suggesting if we should put the night cycling on 1st night, and BBQ on the 2nd? (though i think BBQs on the 1st night is the normal tradition)

That way, we can use our energy on activities that we might want to have (be in mahjong/cycling/arcade...etc) on the 1st night and leave some of our consciousness for BBQ the 2nd night, since it requires more mouth action and minimal body muscle action.

Just a suggestion - what do you guys think?

FOOD:

After asking 6 people to choose between steamboat/BBQ, BBQ emerged with 5 votes.

And so, here's something Hui Min had done up not too long ago, and here I am posting this.

Please do comment on both the quantity and the quality, whether it's enough/not, and whether it's needed or not.

Do tell us if there's any other food that you guys would like to have.

From Ntuc:

1. sweet potatoes - 10 pcs

2. sweet corn - 3packs, 6pieces

3. marshmallow- 2packs

4. chocolate (Cadbury)- 1 big bar

5. BBQ mesh – 1 big pc

6. hotdog – 4 pk

7. drinks - orange syrup

8. fruits - watermelon

charcoal – 1pack + hui ling’s leftover (~5kg)

firestarter – 1 pack

utensils:

I hav some at home, (plates n spoons)

tongs

fork

cups

From EZB(www.ezb.com.sg):

9. fried rice/beehoon?

10. chicken wings – (preferably mid joints? ) 50pcs

11. sambal stingray – 10 pc

12. sambal sotong - 5 pc

13. chicken satay - 100pcs

14. otah- 40pcs

This is just a rough outline to what we're planning to purchase. Anymore suggestions? List will be tidied up + updated in time to come. Food will be swept from places approx 1 or 2 days before.

-------------

ACTIVITIES:

#: xxx (things needed)

#1: Mahjong (mahjong table*/tiles) *Ruth has kindly suggested using a BIG BIG box for a mini table to save the hassle of searching for a table. How's that?

#2: Night cycling - only on voluntary basis.

#3: Frisbee??????

#4: Arcade-ing

#5: Rollerblading (socks/own blades)

#6: Movies (DVDs/VCDs)

#7: Daidee/BJ (decks. more than 3 if possible)

#8: Singing session -esp for jon+andrew (need any guitars?)

Again, a rough outline. We are in terrible need of mahjong tiles. Someone, please provide if possible!

Chalet

As the "appointed" HR manager, i shld do my job...

i compared prices:

Aloha- $120 per night
Costa sands(downtown east)-$79 package 2D/1N
Aranda(exec suite)- $225 w ntuc gold card 3D/2N

* i stayed at aranda b4, its like 2 rms(1 queen size bed each), living rm, kitchen, balcony, 2 toilets, free rental of BBQpits. very nice, but may be a too big for our use.

either we can go marina for our steamboat(if it hasn't been tore down), or we'll jus hav to DIY and get a pot, problem is limited space and what kind of food can we cook? only bolied stuff. and perhaps we hav to share the small pot. i'll rather take away. lol.

Calendar

in case ppl neeed cals to organise their ITP schedule :)
