BBQ 2008

Hi all!

I'm here with regards to the proposed BBQ to be held on xmas eve! :)

Booking of pit:
Sheryl has very bravely and kindly volunteered to book a pit at her condo! So this means that we'll be having the BBQ held at her house. The booking will on be avail 1 month prior, which is 24th Nov. While she tries her very best to get us a pit, let's not pin our hopes too high - it's xmas eve afterall :)


Food planning/purchasing:
I have no idea who is gonna take care of this, and I frankly dunnoe why I'm posting about the BBQ when there's no organising committee being decided. So, someone please take charge!

the plan now is to hav a bbq- jona will take care of the matters of booking the pit and hopefully the boys can volunteer to buy food on that day.
if many of u can't make it since its like a "sacred" date then we'll jus make it a small celebration then.

we'll hav a gift exchange session- everyone to get a gift 5 and above, we'll exchange on that day.
or ur wish to pick lots and know the person who will be getting ur gift?

happy sch reopens and 3 cheers for the ppl who did the vision screening!
ur did a gd job!! efficiency and patience counts a lot!

only 3 person paid for their class tee.
think u can get ur tees by tmr, from lilin or hui min.
but u need to rmb to pay us though most of u are broke aft kamen's lunch + dinner (he is hinting we didn't treat him enough food><)

the shirt costs 13.
pay pei yik and/or hui min
and we need to pay cls fund.
shall everyone pay 5 first? or ur want to pay 10 at a go?
anyway, jus pay and be considerate to the ppl who foot the bill first!

HELLO EVERYONE!

As u all know that there is a change in timetable for tues clinic but this change will only take place starting from week 2, so the vision screening duty at rainbow centre still remain the same on tues.

Class 02 for AM slot and Class 03 for PM slot

As for people who has duty @ rainbow center on thur, Ms Lek will release us slightly earlier for us to go there.

For those whose duty fall on mon, pls be punctual!!
