Dear all,

We have another vision screening project coming up! It will be held at Serangoon CC on 28th June (Saturday) from 9.00am to 1.00pm.

Reporting time is 8.30am and lunch will be provided.

Attire: SP logo white T-shirt, covered shoes and long/ 3 quarter trousers.

The address of Serangoon CC is:

10 Serangoon North avenue 2, Singapore 555877.

This vision screening is a collaboration effort with Serangoon CC. A health screening will be run concurrently on the same day as well.

We will expect to screen 150 patients, mainly senior citizens.

Ruth is the leader of the project, Guang Hao is appointed as the assistant leader.

Andrew and Kamen will be in-charge of the logistics, equipments and forms. Please provide them the necessary support.

Subjects recruitment!!

Well... all of urs cannot b my subjects. bt, ur parents and ur younger siblings are my target!!

my project is to take ocular surface temperature of children aged 6-15.
my project is joint wf ruth 1, which is to take OCT of adult aged 40-80.

so, i need children aged 6-15, with healthy eyes, no ongoing infections of the eye, and corrected VA at least 6/12.
besides, old people aged 40-80, with healthy eyes, healthy body, no medication, no ongoing infections of the eye and corrected VA at least 6/12.

subjects only need to come for 1 session, about 1-2 hrs.
subjects will hav an incentive of $50 for food and transportation.

all methods to take eye temperature is non-invasive.

any interested 1 to let ur parents and young siblings to join my project?? pls contact me!! =)

here's the criteria for subjects:
+less than 1.00D diff btwn 2 eyes
+astig of less than 0.75D in either one eye
+Rx of less than 4.00D

here's how we conduct the study:
u need to spend arnd 27 hrs with us.
simple tasks u need to fulfill during the study.
u jus hav to read a passage and then take a simple test that allows u to see gratings( no regards to the passage u read).
thats all.
